Australia Day Breakfast

The Rotary Club of Essendon North invites you to its Australia Day Breakfast on Friday 26th January.

The Guest Speaker will be Lynn Berry, the founder of “5000 Poppies”. What began as a small personal tribute by two Australian women to honour their fathers who both fought in World War II, has become an international tribute of respect and remembrance to those who have served in all wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations, their families and their communities.

The event this year will be held at the Moonee Valley Racecourse Legends Room from 7.45 am. The cost of the event is $35-00 per head.

All funds raised will be donated to the Essendon Historical Society Courthouse Restoration Appeal.

Booking is essential and should be done ON LINE through the site:   www.trybooking.com/book/event.   The name of the event is  Australia Day Breakfast
