Paul and his son Simon are having lunch at the Forester’s Arms Hotel while Erica is having lunch in Café Arrabella with her daughter Sarah. The wedding is set for next Saturday but Simon and Sarah each have misgivings before the big day. Throw in Anton the waiter and Rose, the waitress, how will anything be resolved in time?

It’s the night of Alison’s formal.  As she waits for her date Levi to arrive  and she’s waiting for Levi to pick her up whilst her mum, Kate fusses with her hair and her dad, Andrew makes corny jokes. Her younger brother Jacob is always up to something while her Grandmother can’t keep her opinions to herself.  As she waits for her date to arrive, a few family secrets are revealed.
