When you’re selling, which system would you prefer to be selling under if your home fails to sell:  “No Sale, No Charge” or “No Sale, Big Charge”?
To charge thousands of dollars for doing nothing is reprehensible. Stay away from agents who charge big bucks if you fail to sell.
