There’ll be colourful fun for all the family at the 2014 Moonee Valley Colour-Fest Run on Sunday, 16 March.
Starting at the Moonee Valley Athletics Centre, choose a 5km or 10km run/walk taking in the picturesque Maribyrnong river. To get the whole family involved there will also be children’s runs over 400m or 800m with plenty of prizes on offer.

To get into the spirit of the event we encourage everyone to wear the free event t-shirt and have the opportunity to get covered in colour during the run.

Kids activities including a jumping castle and face painting will be available and plenty of food and beverage options for you to enjoy.

Cost
Early bird rate (closes 11 March) are $35 for 10km or $30 for 5km. Rates on the day are $5 more. There’s a discount available for family entrants and the 400m and 800m kid’s runs are free.
This year, the event will raise awareness and funds in partnership with two charitable organisations:
Yatra Foundation
A non-government, non-religious and not-for-profit organisation based in Australia established to provide disadvantaged children in India the opportunity to access education.
Rotary Club of Essendon North
Dedicated to servicing the community, funds raised through this event will go back into local community initiatives.
