Essendon Blog congratulates all winners in the Spirit of Moonee Valley Community Awards.

The winners were presented at a gala evening at the Clocktower Centre last Friday evening. During the evening Yvonne Kernan was announced as Moonee Valley’s Citizen of the Year.

Yvonne has been the driving force behind the Ascot Vale Residents Association Group for many years and has helped in many community organizations. She is involved as a committee member of the Essendon Legal Service and is also a member of the Essendon Historical Society.
