In partnership with the Victorian Small Business Commissioner (VSBC), Moonee valley City Council is hosting an information session for business around retail leases.
The VSBC deals with all types of commercial disputes including: Leases, owner driver 
contracts, franchises, supply agreements, licensing agreements and wholesale agreements. Hear from Victoria’s Small Business Commissioner Geoff Browne, as he discusses the roles of the VSBC, the services offered by his office and get some tips of avoiding disputes.
Geoff will also discuss:
- Recent case studies
- Major causes of business to business retail lease disputes
- How the dispute resolution process works
