A total of 657 properties were sold across Melbourne over the weekend. Auction results again ceased to prevail with only 167 of the 330 properties put under the hammer selling. The private sale market continued to outshine auctions with a total of 490 properties sold via private sales; a notable 75% of this weekend’s total sales.
