To celebrate Children’s Week and Universal Children’s Day, Moonee Valley City Council, has organised a free and fun Teddy Bear’s Picnic.
The picnic will feature Huggles the Teddy Bear as well as fun activities like painting, singing, dancing and biscuit decorating. For information call 9243 8888. RSVP 8325 1752 by 19 October.
