Rehabilitation coach appointed
Matthew Knights continues to assemble his off-field team for 2008 with the Club today announcing the appointment of Mark Cera as rehabilitation coach and Bendigo Bombers’ fitness coach for season 2008. Cera has most recently been working at Guangdong Institute of Sport in China where he was contracted to train a variety of athletes and coach the coaches in scientific training methods.
Hickmott appointed to Essendon coaching panel
Former Geelong and Carlton player, Adrian Hickmott, has been appointed Essendon development coach / Bendigo Bombers coach, replacing Matthew Knights in that position. The announcement was made jointly today by the Essendon and Bendigo Bombers football clubs.
2008 Membership on sale now
Essendon fans can now sign up as 2008 members for what looms as an exciting and historic year for the Bombers. The 2008 membership theme is ‘My Club’ and coach Matthew Knights and captain Matthew Lloyd are calling on supporters to get behind their team and be a signed-up part of the Essendon family.
