Hird pleads for return of stolen 250th guernsey
Essendon champion James Hird has pleaded for the return of his 250th game guernsey after it was stolen from a framing shop in Kew during a spate of robberies in the area last week. Hird signed the back of the unwashed and grass-stained jumper with a message to club helper and good friend, Colin Hooper, who was given the historic guernsey.
