Bombers farewell Stan Booth
It is with sadness that Essendon Football Club announces the passing of former player Stan Booth. Born in 1933, Booth played 102 games for Essendon between 1952 and 1959 and he kicked 118 goals in that time as a fast moving, elusive rover who usually rested on a half forward flank.

Camporeale to see specialist on Wednesday
Essendon midfielder Scott Camporeale will see a specialist on Wednesday after injuring his right Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) on Sunday night against Richmond. High Performance Manager, John Quinn, said club doctors assessed the 32-year old today and said that it’s very likely he will need an operation on his knee.
