The annual Indigenous Music Festival Share the Spirit takes place from noon-6pm on Australia Day, January 26, at the Treasury Gardens, corner Spring Street and Wellington Parade.
This year’s concert bring together an awesome line-up of fresh new talent, creating great waves of excitement across the music industry of Australia.
Rising stars such as the Briscoe Sisters, Dan Sultan and The Grenadines wi8ll play alongside crowd pleasers, Bomba and music veterans, Grant Hansen’s Big City Combo.
From folk roots, blues, funk, R&B, regae to rock, Share the Spirit 2007 showcases Victoria’s finest indigenous performers across all music genres.
MCs on the day will include Den Fisher and Peter Grace.
The market area will include food, clothing and handcraft stalls.
This concert is a drug and alcohol free event.
