The Bombers have returned from their Christmas break today ready to embark on the remainder of the pre-season in terrific shape. In testing conducted this morning, the players registered some of the best results John Quinn has seen in his time at the club.

Houli dooley – Bachar sets the standard
He may have arrived at Windy Hill only six weeks ago, but already Bachar Houli has made an impact on all who meet him. Unlike your typical 18-year-old, Houli displays maturity beyond his years and a dedication that has already seen him achieve results synonymous with those who have been in the AFL system for years.

Gumbleton looks to Lucas
Last year he was seen taking strong marks for Peel Thunder in the WAFL, but in 2007 you may find Scott Gumbleton lining up with the likes of James Hird, Matthew Lloyd and Scott Lucas.

Essendon to hold Relay for Life Fundraiser
Essendon Football Club will host a Relay for Life fundraiser at Windy Hill in February as part of its partnership with the Cancer Council. Money raised goes to cancer research, education and patient support programs and the Club hopes to attract 50 teams of 10 people to what is a unique and moving event.
