(domain.com.au) The Reserve Bank Governor again stated on Wednesday night what we already knew that if there is a rate movement, it is more likely that it will be up rather than down.
The difference is subtle, but the question we all really wanted Governor Stephens to answer was; are rates more likely to go up or stay the same? This, we are told, all depends on the next inflation figures that come out.
